When you go to an Open House please sign in for the agent on duty and write down that you are working with Lesly Reiter, it is okay to sign your name also. The agent will follow up with me at the beginning of the week. It is important for the agent on duty to know who you are working with for follow-up reasons. Don't be reluctant to give my name. Agents who do Open Houses understand that buyers who go to open houses are working with other agents.
Going to an open house is a great way to learn about the real estate market. Don't be afraid to ask the agent who is doing the Open House questions about the HOUSE! But, please do not share your Financial, Personal or Confidential information with the agent on duty. An Open House is to ask questions pertaining to the House you are viewing!
